Support makes all the difference! πŸ™ŒπŸ»β€οΈπŸ‘πŸ»

I have been discovering that I am incredible lucky to have the family support. It doesn’t come from financial as much as it comes from emotional support but yes a little of both. As I get closer and closer to July and to quitting the life I’ve known for most of my adult life and create a whole new career and new life, I am thankful for those around me.

I have been waiting for this day for so long ….11 years to make take this chance in life. Who knows where I’d be if I had taken this chance before or if I’d even had take it when I was at a different place in my life.

This journey is getting closer and closer 68 days to be exact. I am equally nervous, terrified, excited and honored to be featured in a podcast and for the PNTA!

The closer I get I’m definitely beginning to hear more excitement and fear for everyone around me. Some I know is just their own fear but I am so greatful for the support. It comes from all over! My one uncle volunteered to meet me at different resupply locations to my other uncle who gave me a few pieces of tyvek for my ground sheet! Also, to my grandma and grandpa who just are so excited for me to go and my mom and sister who are my biggest emotional support and caregivers of my furry creatures! 🐢🐢🐰And a tremendous thank you to my small group of best friends…. you know who you are… that support me 100% all the way through this journey!

Anyways 68 days left until departure to Glacier National Park and I can’t wait!

  1. Best to you on the PNT Analeise. I heard your story on the NC Podcast. So awesome that you are hiking this trail. I hope to follow your tracks in a year (or two). In the meantime I’ll be on the Tahoe rim trail while you’re on the PNT. Be well.
